My personal process for translating was to have a translator for English to a target language and a separate translator back who had not seen the original. Plus their help with changes. This was also helpful in understanding some cases where a communication had gone wrong for someone.

Listening to hymns and youth music in a foreign language that I do not know helps me to feel the Holy Spirit, allowing him to get past my listening to the words with my thoughts and memories they trigger. This helped on my Mission when we were teaching a lady and her sister from France (she only knew  French, we didn’t), there were times where we were able to be figuring out the answers and find relevant scriptures to her sister’s questions as they whispered them to each other in French. This was important to the Lord because her sister only had a short time before having to return to France.

1. My projection in 1999, I went to bed praying about what to do since the trading budget had been totally cut and the building licked and awoke with this study group idea in my mind. Again on another night I went to bed praying about how to spread this idea and wrote this article in my sleep. I awoke with it in mind with blanks, used an OCR scanner to get the Crosstalk fonts with page layout and typed in the text sections; the blanks were the tables. The editor wanted to cut parts, so I asked her to step into the hallway and talk to engineers. She asked about GNU having a recursive definition and trusted the rest.

Making teaching more memorable.

1. Start the prep session with a list of points
2. Draw abbreviated sketchs for each
3. Find a common theme
4. Redraw some preliminary sketchs 
5. Draw the training aid incorporating a thread
6. Decide what parts to leave blank (students to complete)
7. Reuse step 5 with blanks
8. Write teach notes

    Include lots and lots of links and rsferences to additional learning sources.

My Comment:

    I realized studying the scriptures in my room as a teenager that His, my Savior’s, awareness extends to me; that my awareness needed to extend back to Him. In that way I could be in His presence.  

3 Nephi 19:22

   That I could pray to my Father in Heaven in His Name to request my love to be extended to Him, thanking Him personally. Then by listening to the Holy Ghost hear when He felt thanked by me. 

    Since then, I have struggled to keep that awareness. 
    My awareness of praying to my Father, my awareness of praying in the Name of my Savior, my awareness of listening to the Holy Ghost, my awareness extended to meet Their awareness of me; thereby, me in Their presence. 

I have found that the LDS prophets tend to be right on topic.
